All infants and children are charged at the extra adult rate.

To keep the cleaning fees reasonable the BBQ needs to get cleaned after use please, there's a BBQ brush and cleaning products at the bbq. There's an extra $10 charge if left dirty. 

★ SOLAR POWER ENERGY ★

Because our tiny home is off-the-grid, please refrainfrom using all electrical appliances at the same time. We also ask that you refrain from using high wattage electrical appliances such as portable heaters, electric cookers, etc. Doing so can overload the electrical system and may result in a lossof power.

★ NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS ★

The ramp is not a wheelchair ramp and not suitable for wheelchairs.

★ FREE PARKING ★

Free on-site parking is available in front of the home or on a parking area of the driveway. The driveway is shared with a cabin at the front of the property.

There's no TV and there's no WiFi.
